I seem to be having trouble logging in to the website, what could be going wrong?
Be aware that both UserIDs and Passwords are case sensitive.
We use a specially encrypted-CHAP (Challenge-Handshake Authentication Protocol) authentication technique to assure a secure login without requiring full SSL encryption. While it should be ready for you, if you are having problems make sure after you enter your username and password, you wait for the login box to turn cyan before clicking “Log In”.
The CHAP authentication also requires that you have cookies and javascript-features enabled in your browser.
Some parts of the website don’t seem to look right or function properly. What could be wrong?
The website uses some of the more recent features available in modern webbrowsers, such as CSS stylesheets, javascript, and AJAX. If you are having problems you can try updating your browser. We personally recommend Mozilla Firefox 3 or Google Chrome 2.
Make sure you have javascript and cookies enabled.
